– Developing and implementation of the annual calendar of marketing activities in line with business strategy.
– Write briefs (creative and media), devise brand communications and thereby align with key stakeholders and agencies (creative, media – ATL / BTL) for planning and execution of brand plan.
– Brainstorm and develop ideas for marketing campaigns.
– Manage various ATL/BTL initiatives to establish brand communication.
– Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
– Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
– Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns and manage vendor relationships.
– Work closely with cross functional teams in a solution-oriented setup.
– Strategizing, conceptualizing planning and executing social media strategies across all social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, brand visibility, engagement and virality.
