This position will contribute to Synchronoss’ Capture Production Services team by providing a support to business operations such as using existing parser code to generate mechanized outputs. Will perform such tasks as processing, debugging & fixing the issues.

The Software Engineer – CMS Apps contributes to Synchronoss’ Capture Production Services team by providing a support to business operations such as using existing parser code to generate mechanized outputs. Will perform such tasks as processing, debugging & fixing the issues.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Process invoice data using existing JAVA code and generate mechanized outputs.

• Map invoice data based on telecom industry billing format standards – SECAB, CABS, etc. and custom proprietary format NGN.

• Review error codes and take appropriate action to ensure accurate mechanized file output.

• Responsible for resolving Production tickets.

• Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively

• Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work

Required Skills:

• Must have intermediate knowledge of Java code.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc…) and Business Intelligence solutions (i.e. Business Objects, PL/SQL, RDBMS, etc…)

• Knowledge of development environments such as Eclipse

• Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills

• Highly organized and efficient

• Must be a team player

• Able and willing to work to tight deadlines
