Role and Responsibilities
The Recruiter role at Syncup is responsible for end-to-end sourcing and recruitment. The main duties include identifying hiring needs, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who meet the requirements of the job. Additionally, the Recruiter will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
