Designation: Customer Care Executive

Location: C G Road, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Graduate

Gender: Male only

Experience: 2-4 years

Job Description:

• Taking care of Social media and telephonic/digital queries, enquiries, Complaints and diverting them to Showroom
• In short handling customers on Social Media and phone
• Mandate- English Communication (Hindi, Gujarati secondary)

Timing 10 to 7pm

Sunday 11 to 7pm

Weekly off between Mon to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
