Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy Firm.Our Client is a leading mobile enabled IOT solutions company, headquartered in India and have an office in U.S.A that delivers top notch solutions across various industry sectors.Position: Marketing HeadExperience: 9-10 YearsGender: AnyLocation: Sola, AhmedabadEmployee strength: 250+Office Time : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMWorking Days: 5 days (only 1st Saturday working)CTC: 12- 15 LPAReporting to : CSOReportees will be: Team of 16 members:

• Organize and lead digital marketing team
• Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy for the organisation and as well as its clients wherever applicable
• Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
• Set and administer and monthly marketing budget
• Develop and oversee the implementation of social media calendars, emailers, events and newsletters
• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and team lead continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Develop & Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
• Manage and refine the organizations and its clients’ digital footprints (SEO, Branding, Ads, Listings etc.)
• Manage and measure marketing campaign costs vs results
• Analyse the digital dashboards to gain consumer insights
• Conduct market research studies
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
• Manage and train the marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices
• Research the competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions
