The large scale moves to software and the ease of replication and commoditization are all driving change faster, to this end we need to continue to evolve our Partner organization to take advantage of these disruptions and see them as opportunities.The Framework: Black Belt AcademyThe Black Belt framework of enablement provides a Simplified & Uniform education framework across all Cisco architectures and solutions, to help all of Cisco’s partners become proficient in Selling, Deploying and Supporting Cisco latest technologies and software solutions into our joint customers.Black Belt framework has observed great excitement and adoption among all sorts of Partners due to its unique offerings such as incremental role based competency elevation along with Return on Education metrics for both Partners as well as Cisco.We now plan to replicate the success with Partner enablement to the way we enable various roles within Cisco.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe key role of the Cisco+ Secure Connect – Content BDM would be to put together role based training modules cutting across architectures, partner promotions and a lot more for various partner sales roles inside Cisco.The process would involve collating ready training modules from various sources such as Sales Academy and Geo hubs (also may help co-create new modules where needed) and publish them in a 3 staged incremental learning structure on Sales Connect.During the process, the aspirant would also deal extensively with stakeholders from Sales Academy, Marketing, and GPO teamsMain functions as follows1. Collate available ready to use training modules from various platforms such as Sales Academy and Geo hubs at Sales Connect2. Arrange the available content into typical 3 stage Black Belt learning map structure3. Define assessment criteria for success and setup assessments such as Quiz, labs and interview questioners4. Validate the submissions by participants5. Own the process right from publishing learning maps to provide regular reporting, program management and implementing best practices from other parts of Black Belt Academy6. Bring in the element of scale and uniformity in the way we train various partner sales roles inside CiscoDesired technical and interpersonal skills include, but are not limited to: 1. Computer science or electric engineering graduate with hands on experience in Cisco networking and security solutions2. CCNA/ CCNP certifications (preferred)3. Strong communication skills4. 3 to 5 years of related experience5. Fair understanding on Cisco security solutions including Umbrella, firewall, ZTNA and Cisco Meraki Solutions6. Experience in Partner ecosystem (preferred)7. Competitive landscape insight is a plus8. Basic comfort level working with command line tools9. Experience with learning management systems (LMS)10.Working knowledge in security, authentication, permissions, SSOJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR900,000.00 – INR1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:
