Responsibilities:
Project Administrator

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administration tasks for team members and facilitating, reporting, and analyzing projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creating projects for all orders in project/ticketing system prior to the daily project review meeting
Building out base project and related tasks within the client project
Sending clients order confirmation and summary emails
Attending the daily project review meeting
Updating client project information during the project review meeting
Creating billing contracts in project/ticketing systems
Comparing signed order details to sales projected details
Sending order summary emails to the build team
Sending order fulfillment emails to the customer
Working with procurement to coordinate accurate hardware orders
Uploading contract documents to the contract repository
Managing billing for assigned projects/clients

Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university, preferred
In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 – meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
Experience
Customarily has at least 2 years of technical experience
Customarily has at least 1 year of client facing project management and client engagement experience
Customarily has at least 1 year of support job related experience
