Syra Health Hiring for Senior Accountant at Hyderābād Full Time

Accounting

• Responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivable, payroll, the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.

• Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of business

• Reviewing data captured in Accounting Software before YTD Preparation. This will involve checking accuracy of Trial Balance, statement of Financial position, and statement of income.

• Reconcile and monitor cash accounts and cash flow.

• Ensure that audits are conducted in a timely manner.

• Oversee the accounting and billing departments to ensure maintenance of internal controls and financial procedures.

Budgeting /Reporting

• Assist management with important financial decisions

• Reviewing requisitions and payments before approval by the Director.

• Ensuring implementation of sound accounting practice and resource management.

• Positively contribute to organizational culture and participate fully in staff processes.

• Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.

• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Oversee cash flow, asset management, financing strategies and banking relationships

Compliance

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.

Operations

• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

• Maintains financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

• Formulation, review and implementation of policies, systems and procedures to enhance and ensure efficient management of finances.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
