Job Description –

Knowledge of CNC turning Cutting tools 3DProgramming Unigraphics AS9100VMCMaster CAM

Should be able to setup, program operate CNC Turning Turn Mill VMC Machining Centres.

Should be able to generate program directly on the machine (Turning, Turn mill VMC 4th 5th Axis) also using CAM software (Preferably Master CAM).

Should be able to read, understand interpret drawings in 2D, 3D, DPD MBD platforms (Master CAM, CATIA, Unigraphics).

Expertise in selection of cutting tools cutting parameters for Steel, Titanium Nickel alloy materials.

Should be able to design develop work holding devices, fixtures for Turning Turn Mill and VMC Machining Centres (4th 5th Axis).

We are a commercial tool room making high precision moulds for the automotive industries. Located at the industrial Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram the tool room has the latest, state of the art machinery (VMC – DMG Mori Seki, EDM+Drill EDM – Makino) along with a gamut of conventional machines (EDM Drill, Surface Grinders, Vertical Milling, etc.). They have mechanized workpiece handling systems to minimize human error and effort and to enable their team to focus on their primary role of making the best, most accurate moulds possible

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
