Job Responsibilities Will Be
- Location Analysis for factory construction
- Candidate should be aware and proven hands-on experience of Regulatory Approvals
- Must be from Industrial Construction background.
- Factory related approvals from Government of India
- Experience in Greenfield is a MUST, Experience from Brown field will be an added advantage.
- Profile will require candidate to travel PAN India, along with stays on-site.
Core Skills
Must have the experience OR zeal to learn new skillset with respect to project management.
This will be a client facing role. Thus, Candidate should be good in presentation and communications (both written and verbal).
Good analytical and reasoning abilities.
Manage the project schedule and raise alarm for any potential delay in project.
