Job Description

We are looking for Production Supervisor for (Gotan (Rajasthan ) Factory, Gummidipoondi (Chennai) Factory) and Sinnar (Nashik factory).Responsibilities1) Supervision of daily batches to be manufactured
2) Shade Matching of daily production batches
3) Updating Production/batch voucher in ERP system
4) Manpower handling on shop floor & allocation of manpower
5) Taking care of raw material issued on production area
6) Maintenance of Housekeeping at Production Floor
7) Maintenance of Machines with the Coordination of Maintenance Dept
8) Coordination with other departments to run the plant smoothly without any shortage of materials or maintenance
9) Maintenance of ISO documents
10) Maintenance of other documentsRequirements

• Experience in Decorative Paint unit (Powder and liquid) .
• Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/M.Sc.in paint or oil or polymer or chemical degree with 5 years experience in Paint production.
• Age: upto 30 to 35yrs
• Experience in decorative paint is must.
• Must have practical knowledge and competence to handle both Production and Maintenance
• Should possess excellent knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• B-Tech/BE Paint technology or chemical technology from a reputed institute will be an added advantage
• CTC:- 50k per month
