This role doesn’t involve cash compensation for the next 6 months. You would be rewarded in equity. At the moment we have only raised an angel round and have released the beta version of the product.  We intend to raise a seed round in the next 6 months.

About the role: Chief Technology Officer

​​We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in the field of AI and healthcare. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, building consumer applications & products, B2B applications and developing strong AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new features and enhancements, leveraging AI to improve user experience and diagnostic accuracy in both consumer and B2B applications.

AI Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with Tap Health’s mission and goals. Oversee the integration of advanced AI technologies into our platform for accurate symptom analysis and diagnosis across consumer and B2B applications.

Consumer Applications: Lead the development of cutting-edge consumer applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Utilize AI to enhance user experience and provide accurate preliminary diagnoses, contributing to the overall success of Tap Health.

Technology Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Lead the development of consumer technologies, infrastructure, and B2B applications. Manage tech infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

Data Security and Privacy: Implement robust measures to ensure the security and privacy of user data, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards in both consumer and B2B applications.

Collaboration with Healthcare Experts: Work closely with healthcare professionals and advisors to enhance the medical accuracy and relevance of our AI algorithms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality in both consumer and B2B applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role in a consumer internet business
• Strong background in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Experience in healthcare technology is a significant plus.
