(Stamping Process Knowledge is must)

JOB DISCRIPTION:

Must have good knowing about GD& T ,IATF1694,must able to read drawings, CMM Reports.

· Quality related documentation preparation like First Piece, In-process Inspection & Last piece inspection

· Customer complaint handling and analysis for corrective action and effectiveness

· Rejection & Rework analysis and corrective action with effectiveness

· Master Sample approves & display for inspection purpose

· Material identification during stages for Rejection, OK & Rework

· Incoming inspection of raw material, BOQP and Outsource material from suppliers

· To approve review changes in quality management system

· Plan and execute Management Review agenda and preparation records with action plan

· Plan and execute internal Audit

· Ensuring that Effectiveness of the Quality Management system

· Collect relevant process documents and standards with technical specification

· Maintaining all design & development process outputs, records using relevant forms

· To achieve functional objectives

· Reporting to General Manager

· To ensure for maintaining housekeeping

· To maintain record required to quality management system

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
