Tapprs is a casual place to work at. We don’t look at academic qualifications – we look for attitude, enthusiasm and integrity. However, we are serious about customer service and need people who can put the customer ahead of everything else.

We won’t sugarcoat – rentals business is a monotonous job at times and needs people who don’t mind that, have high level of discipline and also, good attention to detail. It is also a weekend oriented business and so, requires you to be disciplined about attendance on those days. (We do have a Sunday holiday policy – though that hurts our business.)

This is a full time, 6 day/week 10am-7pm job that needs someone with a courteous manner and high attention to detail. Ours is a growing business with frequent changes and the candidate has to be comfortable with it. Job requires proficiency in English – both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of photography is a plus.

The work involved:
handle customer service – answer calls, emails and store visits

coordinate in rental order execution

coordinate with inventory and delivery teams

track and update customer payments
