Role Description:
As Senior Manager, Performance and Insights you will be responsible for leading a team driving cutting edge analysis for vendors running advertising campaigns with Roundel (Target’s Media Network). The core competency of this role is to handle performance analysis for multiple clients, identify upsell opportunities, correlate data from various sources to drive campaign performance, create new analysis frameworks to address marketing objectives, and use expert data storytelling to influence the vendor’s media strategy/investment decisions.
You should be an analytical thinker who can conduct in-depth analysis of media campaigns and craft strategic insights, to deliver a great guest experience. You should be curious, proactive, and detail-oriented. You should be comfortable with hands-on involvement with data analysis and enjoy digging into various data sources to find trends, anomalies, and insights. You must be keen to learn in-depth implementation of various analytics and measurement tools at Target. You should be proficient at data analysis, research, and storyboarding.
You should have experience building trusted relationships with vendor accounts and play a pivotal role in influencing their decisions using data. You’ll need to partner with media operations and account managers to understand the objectives, define ways to measure success. You will need to as a subject matter expert in digital media and measurement to not only the Performance & Insights team, but across all stakeholders in the Roundel organization.
You should have experience in leading and managing teams, mentoring team members, doing career discussions.
