The Finance Capabilities team is seeking a driven professional who will be responsible for security of business systems and risk management. Your work will ensure SOX compliance in SAP and related ERP systems and providing support to end user business teams using the following technology solutions: SAP ECC, CRM, GRC and additional modules such as BW HANA, Ariba and Data Intelligence etc across business processes. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Systems Analyst, you will take the lead as you:

• Develops or maintains deep understanding and be a SME

• Able coach and guide the team

• Understands and troubleshoots authorization issues in SAP and related products.

• Facilitate role changes in SAP and IAM.

• Ensure continuous compliance by SOD/SA analysis for roles/users

• Leveraging GRC for access provisioning and risk analysis.

• Changes to Firefighter owners and controllers

• Create and modify risk rulesets

• Understands the business processes and security architecture around them

• Ownership, execution and continuous monitoring of SOX controls

• Walkthrough and audit support for SOX controls

• Identifies process and system opportunities and applies lessons learned to make process improvements.

• Adopts and promotes best practices and adheres to Target standards.

• Develops or maintains documentation as part of ongoing knowledge management and team member training

• Lead Enterprise projects from security standpoint

• Work with business to continuously improve accuracy and keep business risk free

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in SAP security and GRC

• Authorization resolution and tracing

• Understanding of business concepts and SODs

• Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate challenges

• Proven ability to collaborate with team and partners

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and business partners (India and HQ)

• Strong client focus and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities
