Role Description :
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our social media channels and enhance our brand’s online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy in line with our business goals, aiming to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Content Creation & Management:
Develop, create, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
2.Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics.
3.Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage a content calendar.
2. Community Engagement:
1.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2.Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster a strong online community.
3. Strategy Development:
1.Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
2.Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify new opportunities and trends.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve engagement.
5. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and guidelines.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
6. Campaign Management:
Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and product launches.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in social media management or digital marketing are a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
A portfolio or examples of previous social media work or content creation.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and trends in social media.
Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest developments in social media and digital marketing.
