TargetBay’s main products include BayEngage, BayReviews, and BayAds.

Experience: 3 – 5 yrs

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way through chat
• Help improve customers; product knowledge and offer guidance on best practices.
• Retain and Upsell new products and services to existing customers.
• Serve as the client’s project manager for the assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with the developers and resolve the account related errors and communicate the same to the customers in a timely manner.
• Generate report on a daily and weekly basis.

Required:

• 3 – 5 years of of relevant experience as executive or senior executive in a Chat process
• Experience in the chat or voice process is mandate
• Strong Written skills
• Effectively handles Multitasking
• Understand trigger statements and identified customer pain points
• Provides concise information as requested
• Experience in MS Office tools is a value add
• Ready to work in US Shift
• Product Company will be added advantage
