Skills Required : Good spoken English and Hindi, 30 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
Process : Voice
Assets Required for Work From Home (E Commerce Process) : Laptop/Desktop with windows 10, i3 processor or above, 4 GB RAM, WIFI, power backup.
Job Description :
- Taking care of customer queries and answering within given timeline via voice channel.
- Taking care of escalations.
- Maintaining call quality.
- Maintaining Data and sharing with the managers.
