Job Description

• This is an operational role responsible for managing day to day supply chains operation for customer-based orders. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcome.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring supply chain inventory and records
• Coordinating with user function for material consumption and escalation in case of non consumption within stipulated time
• Close co-ordination and follow up with vendors after PO issuance till delivery at warehouse/site as per timeline.
• Delivery governance to be maintained with vendor for timely & real time updates.
• Tracking in transit material till delivery at warehouse site
• Escalation management for delayed deliveries
• Co-ordination with internal stakeholders during material planning, engaging with cross functional team for issue resolution related to site delivery confirmation & reception issues.
• Maintain weekly MIS for stakeholder giving status of their requirements.
• Maintain monthly reports to measure performance & KPIs.
