Job Description

• Responsible for supporting legal regulatory affairs, managing regulatory issues within assigned regions and tracking matters relating to licensing, numbering, ongoing compliance, interaction/negotiation with regulators and other government officials within assigned countries.

Responsibilities

• Submitting information and responding to queries from regulatory bodies
• Planning, undertaking, and overseeing regulatory inspections.
• Prepare regulatory reports.
• Liaise with various business teams globally to obtain financial, network and service information.
• Analyze report data, seek necessary clarifications, add draft explanation of variances.
• Project manages all reporting activities and regulatory fee payments.
• Maintain information and tracking databases for regulatory reports, license, and fee payments.
• Manage all regulatory exemption certificate work.
• Maintenance of the trademark and patent portfolio
• Conduct IP awareness sessions.
• Developing and maintaining communication with regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, compliance test requirements, potential regulatory pathways, or clarification, and follow-up on submissions still under review.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Relavant years of experience in regulatory

Desired Skill sets

• Expertise in payments regulation, particularly related to domestic and cross-border funds transfers
• Experience in managing regulatory affairs role of a technology service organization.
