Must Have:

· Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and process mapping

· Strong understanding of government budgeting, expenditure management, accounting, and audit processes.

· Experience working with government clients in India.

· Experience in liaising with development teams, testers, and project managers.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical and team management skills.

Job Description:

1 Act as a bridge between government departments, end-users, and development teams.

2 Liaise with finance officers, auditors, and government officials to ensure business needs are well captured.

3 Conduct workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders.

4 Ensure customer expectations are met by aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

5 Ensure that the application software aligns with government financial policies, regulations, and audit requirements.

6 a deep understanding of budgeting, fund allocation, expenditure tracking, accounting principles, and financial reporting in government projects.

7 Understand database structures, data models, and query. Assist in data validation and reconciliation.
