Understanding Design
requirements from the Group Leader for 1 or 2 projects and then guiding a
team of around 8- 10 draftsmen/modellers to meet the delivery commitments. This
includes adherence to written process, in-process quality checks, timeline
adherence, working with PM to ensure delivery is on track.
Identification of
training needs for the team members working with him/her
