• The

incumbent will be leading deliveries at ADC for detailed
engineering assignment from various BUs.

• Will

be responsible for capability building through planned technical trainings on
various engineering software.

• Planning,

Scheduling, Organizing, Tracking, Conflict Management, Staffing & Resource
Management, Risk & Issue Management, Vendor Management, Financial
Management, and Stakeholder Management

• Collects prompt

and accurate feedback from internal and eternal customers regarding
the services provided on the on-going project deliverables

• Identifies

service gaps and establish programs to address the same resulting in improved
client satisfaction

• Ensure

client satisfaction through the delivery of consistent standards of service

• Ensure

prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually
improve services and internal processes

• Responsible

for preparation of job
estimation, understanding BU requirements and develop the
functional specification and provide SOP / to-be process to the BU

• Keeps

the BU and the internal key stake-holders abreast about the progress
of the project and highlights key challenges/issues

• Responsible for timely delivery

of the project ensuring quality and project standards are met during whole
course of project life cycle.

• Experienced

in engaging and managing diverse teams to deliver and deploy innovative
solutions.

• Exceptional

at delivering business value, turning around critical programs, increasing
product quality, and exceeding committed service levels

• Seek

and explore more business opportunities by continuously collaborating,
interacting and building relationship with key stakeholders from the BU side
and ensures and maintains business continuity
