Understanding Design
requirements from the BU for multiple projects and then guiding a team of
around 4-5 Group Leaders to meet the delivery commitments. This includes
adherence to written processes, modification / enhancement in process towards
improvements, Identifying areas for reuse and implementing work processes for
same, identifying areas for automation and getting those implemented, setting
year on year target on productivity improvements, ensuring resource planning
and budgeting for 4 running quarters with the help of Practice Lead
Should be familiar with
the project delivery of a particular BU – End To End
Helping BUs to identify
and define work packages for ADC
Assisting BUs in sizing
of opportunities
In consultation with
Practice Lead, Deciding which tasks to take on T&M and which on Fixed Price
Track record of managing
projects with at least 10+ Cr annual accrual / handling experience of 100+
resource
Working experience in
