Building the first Semiconductor Fab in India entails a complex array of challenges. This requires careful management of all key milestones in the program, along with the interdependencies, as well as effective engagement with a diverse group of stakeholders to keep project on track. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in program management, a tolerance to ambiguity, and a proven ability to navigate complexities of large-scale projects.

Ability to effectively represent TEPL in various engagements with key stakeholders, serving as a credible ambassador for the organization. Qualification
Engineering undergraduate degree. MBA and/or PMP is a plus.
