Tata Elxsi’ s Mechanical Design and engineering business helps global transportation leaders with end-to-end product design & engineering services.

We are looking for bright and passionate Stability Analysis Engineers with below competency.

• BE/BTECH or ME/MTECH in Mechanical or Automotive engineering with knowledge of automobile parts.
• Understanding of vehicle dynamics (stability), tire characteristics, suspension steering system (including EPS)
• Understanding of mainly accuracy verification and turning braking stability analysis method.
• Good knowledge on steering system friction and gear modelling method.
• Good understanding of MF-Swift tire model.
• Knowledge on Fishhook test BM activity. Take measurement on the car of each segment to examine targets.
• Development of evaluation technology for stability limit test
• Experience in interpreting and understanding CAE results, post-processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports.
• Experience of using CarSim, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience in designing, experimenting, and analysing steering system mechanism and gear meshing.
• Creating a model of tyre model development.
• Experience with an automotive OEM or a subsidiary with knowledge of system, subsystem, and vehicle level
• Experience with an automotive OEM is must
• Min 6-8 years of experience using MATLAB, CarSim, Simulink for Automotive Components
