Tata Elxsi’s Mechanical Design and Engineering business helps global transportation leaders with end-to-end product design and Engineering services.

We are looking for bright and passionate Strategy Lead – Mechanical Design and Engineers with the below competency

Experience: 6-12 years

Location: Bangalore

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute Strategic Business Initiatives to enhance market presence and drive growth.
• Collaborate with delivery heads, Competency heads to align business objectives and ensure cross-functional synergy.
• Act as SPOC for all the Marketing initiatives for the Business unit and work on elevating our marketing positioning.
• Track and analyze technological trends, investments, and competitive insights to drive internal competency development initiatives leading to the addition of new service lines.
• Facilitate the patents at business unit level by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Track the business revenues as per the targets set by the Senior Leadership team and publish the same to all stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.E in Mechanical with an MBA in Business strategy or related courses.
• Experience in Stakeholder management, Business development, and Market research.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel.
• Excellent leadership, Problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
