Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Lead Jigs and Fixtures design and Manufacturing
Ensuring design delivery as per committed delivery schedule as a team to meet the customer requirement.
Resolving end customer issues related to tool capability to produce the auto component in the plant and at vendors.
Clearing the design cost estimates after making the MOM with APL, ADD, PTPA, VQA and vendors.
Conceptualizing the designs and verification of designs made by subordinates, suppliers and trainees and releasing of designs in SAP system and uploading the designs in PLM.
Resolving internal customer issues related to design, quality, manufacturing and tryout.
Validation of tools and designs with auto component before and after dispatch to the end user and writing of auto component process.

Education

BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience

Education Qualifications :B.E in Mechanical Engineering /P.G in Tool Design
Work Experience :Min. 10 Years with relevant experience
Preferred Industry :Automobile/Auto Ancillary Industry
