• Own the entire lifecycle of user stories: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements with the guidance of leads.
• Improve the test automation experience at Tata 1mg by enhancing tools/scripts, test coverage, and/or code structure, and Automate repeated manual tasks to improve self/stream’s productivity
• Build, contribute and maintain automated test suites and frameworks on API, Web and Mobile App utilizing Java/JavaScript or similar languages.
• Solve the complex problems and challenges towards business, product and tech into stable/scalable implementations.
• Ability to break down business and product feature requirements into tests effectively. Responsible for its functional and automation testing.
• Build and contribute to test infrastructure and tools at an early stage.
• Deep expertise in Functional, Automation testing for Web, API’s and Mobile apps both Android and iOS.
• Work with Business, Product and Dev teams in close coordination.
• Well versed with Agile methodology, SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to highlight limitations and raise concerns/risks in testing to the stakeholders

before release

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in API using Rest Assured Framework Or Mobile App using Appium (Android & iOS) Or Web Automation using Selenium, Night watch, Cypress or similar frameworks.
• Worked and build the frameworks from scratch with needed capabilities to make it stable and scalable.
• Hands-on experience and good in Java, Javascript, Python, Kotlin or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE and TestNG.
• Service virtualization / Web Services testing through POSTMAN or any similar tool.
• Deep knowledge of CrossBrowser coverage, Selenium Grid Setup, Reporting Plugin’s (Extent, Allure, Report Portal), Device Clouds etc
• Deep knowledge of both Android & iOS platforms.
• Experience working with Android SDK, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Firebase, Google Play Console & Xcode.
• Proficient in CI/CD/CT Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab or similar continuous integration and release management tools.
• Proficient in using product and test management tools like JIRA, Asana, TestRail etc
• Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience Soft Skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with cross functional teams.
• Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Good to have experience on performance, infra and failover testing
• Experience on cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
