Tata Motors Hiring for Business Partner -Communicationss at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

This position will be responsible for partnering the business to provide holistic communication solutions to all lines of business under Commercial Vehicle Business via earned, owned and shared media (non-paid/non-commercial) to optimize opportunities & address challenges while engaging with external and internal audiences.

• Act as the primary SPOC to comprehensively support and address all communication requirements of the business while working with the Business Head and other senior leaders
• Lead a team, conceptualize and execute a suitable communication strategy to further business goals
• Act as the primary interphase and coordinator for the business in engaging with media and influencers across mediums and formats (print, electronic & digital) on the company’s businesses and products
• Proactively conceiving, organizing and implementing strategies for desired perception building of the company, business and its brands
• Developing, updating and timely disseminating all relevant collateral to facilitate such perception building
• For addressing all day-to-day queries and issues management to build reputation and effective media presence for TML, in line with company guidelines and policies

Education & Experience :

• Graduation & Post Graduation in Management /Journalism/ Mass communications/ Communications Management/ Media and Advertising/ Marketing
• Minimum 15 Years, including at least 5 years as function head and / or team lead, preferably in a large company
• Familiarity & Exposure to mandatory requirements for a publicly listed company
• Fluency in reading and speaking at least 1 more Indian language in addition to English & Hindi
• Understanding and active user of digital and social media
• Conceptualize and produce corporate films/videos
• Conceptualize and manage large physical and virtual events
