CAE Analyst – FEA

Experience and Qualification: -B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Design/CAD/CAE from premier institute or equivalent 2-6 years of experience on ANSYS in a heavy engineering industry design office, or on similar products.

Job Description:

• Bolt modelling; contact modelling and joint modelling of mechanical and structural equipment. Experience related to steel plan t equipment will be an advantage.
• Meshing and pre-processing of sub-assemblies and assemblies required.
• Ability to incorporate d esign boundary condition in CAE model.
• Carrying out static and dynamic structural analysis.
• Carrying out Non- linear/Linear; Rig id Body Dynamics; Harmonic and Random; Shock and Transient analysis.
• Liaising with design team to receive inputs and boundary cond itions, understand the design and execute the analysis task.
• Preparing CAE analysis reports from solver and presenting to client.
• Skills: –
  
• Software Skills- ANSYS, CREO.
• Excellent understanding of general mechanical engineering aspects.
• Excellent understan ding of Finite Element Analysis.
• Excellent in theoretical calculation and validation.
• Self-driven and innovative thinker.
• Abil ity to work in co-ordination with design and execution team at customer site.
• Knowledge of Creo and diagnosing 3D model inaccuraci es will be added advantage.
• Experience on Pre-processing, Post-processing and Solving in multiple platforms will be added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good communication skill.
