Project tracking & timeline monitoring tool management 2. Ov erall knowledge about vehicle PAT attributes 3. Executing the drive appraisal with Sr teams as per gateway deliverables Job Responsibility : • Preparation of Design validation plan as per change matrix & worst case criteria and monitoring the same till ES O• Preparation of the DR Gateway documents as per sign off Gateway documents.• Preparation of Design validation plan for Core and Adjacent BM as per PALS documents ” “• Monitoring the Validation status of Field failure and higher IPTV aggrgagtes as per worst case matrix.• Monitoring the Benchmarking of vehicle and robust target setting for future products.Preperation of Validation summa ry report for review with CoC / Program managers ” “• Risk assessments for attribute, escalation and resolution of issues along w ith CFT.• Generation and evaluation of VAVE / ICR / departmental cost saving ideas. •Preparation of of the ESO documents as per ga tway timeline.” “• Preparation of PALS balancing / Target balancing Sign off • Executing the Jury / drive appriasal as per gatewa y • Monitoring the vehicle fleet for ICR / QRM / ESO / BM validation ” Skills : • Good knowledge and project monitoring skil l sets • Sound communication skills and Bold enough to review with Sr. team members • Good vehicle driving skills • Soft sk ill like mocrosoft tools handling Domain Knowledge : Must have :• Must have a valid all category vehicle TRANSPORT licence• M ust be conversent with Microsoft tools• Fundamental knowledge of vehicle aggregates.• Knowledge of vehicle testing is preferable Preferred to have :• Knowledge of all legislative standards(AIS) and new regulations (CMVR, EEC, ECE, etc) is preferable.• Knowl edge of product development tools such as DFMEA and DFSS etc for achieving the reliable and robust design .Work Experience Details ( If Any ): Knowledge of Project Management Education – BE / BE tech Mechanical/Automobile and Mechatronics Experience – 3 to 5 years
