Job Description :
- Vehicle Performance / Range Evaluation / EV powertain & feature’s Calibration
- EV Powertrain configuration optimisation to deliver best in class performance and Range
- EV motor calibration and feature optimisation.
Job Responsibility :
“• Preparation and execution of tests as per DVP.
- Vehicle testing as per change matrix of aggregates.
- Testing data analysis , generation of test report, attribute sheets, Panel charts and ESO documents.
- Components/ field failure analysis and validation by considering worst case matrix.
- Benchmarking of vehicle and robust target setting for future products.
- Risk assessments for attribute, escalation and resolution of issues along with CFT.
- Generation and evaluation of VAVE / ICR ideas by using multiple levels like benchmark , PAT test results , alternate source etc.
- Adherence of DR gateway timelines of validations .
- Exceution of test as per (TML/IS/ ECE standards)”
Skills :
“• Good analytical skills to resolve concerns by using techniques like 8-D

Domain Knowledge :
“Must have :

- Must have a valid all category vehicle TRANSPORT licence
- Must be conversent with Microsoft tools
- Fundamental knowledge of EV vehicle aggregates.
- Knowledge of vehicle testing is preferable”
“Preferred to have :
- Knowledge of all legislative standards(AIS) and new regulations (CMVR, EEC, ECE, etc) is preferable.
- Knowledge of product development tools such as DFMEA and DFSS etc for achieving the reliable and robust design .”
Work Experience Details :Knowledge of PED domain like performance , Range evaluation, Electrical Powertrain Calibration calibration.
Education – BE / BE tech in Mechanical or Automobile / Electrical
Experience – 1 to 3 years
