We’re looking for a learning management system (LMS) administrator to fill the essential role of maintaining the daily operations of the Taylor & Francis LMS, My Development. The successful candidate will possess a blend of LMS administration skills, technical aptitude, excellent communication skills and an action-oriented mindset.

As a key member of the Professional Learning and Organizational Development team, you are responsible for the support, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of learning content within the LMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
LMS Operations and Maintenance
Primary point of contact for LMS daily operations and end-user support
Partner with the team, instructors, and vendors to ensure optimal use of the LMS
Identifies process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and enhancements.
Monitor monthly releases for upcoming system changes and deployments.
User Management
Maintains user login accounts. Create new user accounts and deactivate leaver accounts
Assign security roles to facilitators, reporters, and other admins.
Conduct regular learner account audits for quality control
Create and maintain user groups – ad hoc and based on user criteria
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system functionality
Assess support requests and determine if the request needs to be forwarded to another team member, department, or vendor.
Support integration of applications Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure single sign on, LinkedIn Learning, etc.
Course Management
Build, edit, maintain, and manage course offerings (online courses, instructor-led courses and learning pathways.)
Provide comprehensive technical review and testing of all courses for go-live.
Create and distribute course activity and tracking reports
Promote the effective use of the LMS functionalities for optimal learner experience.
Qualifications
Strong background in enterprise level learning management systems, with preference to Absorb LMS experience.
Technical skills as demonstrated through LMS learner support and troubleshooting. Experience resolving technical issues using email, chat and screenshare.
Strong communication skills to convey information, troubleshooting steps and technical procedures in a clear manner.
Organizes and prioritizes work with a clear readiness to act and deliver, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Prior experience working with distributed, international teams.
