Job Description

We currently have a permanent opportunity for a customer support/manual tester role to work as an integral part of the department providing outstanding customer support to our internal and external customers and in addition perform manual testing.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Handling general/specific customer queries about the product

Resolving product issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers.

Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

work closely with product development teams to ensure product optimization and improvement of end-user experience.

Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Ability to understand existing product and its workflow to identify potential functional risks and feature impact.

Proven knowledge on agile development methodology.

Ability to understand business requirements and identify discrepancies and report them to technical team.

Ensure user stories meets the specification and contain the specific acceptance criteria for the same.

Create comprehensive test cases for features and workflows.

Collaborate with internal development team

Recommend possible enhancements to optimize processes through continuous improvement

Qualifications

Relevant years of customer support and manual testing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Attention to detail

Ability to manage a number of tasks at one time and change priorities at short notice

Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals

Knowledge on agile software development

Ability to work independently on assigned QA activities

Strong time management skills
