TBot Systems Hiring for Desktop Support Engineer at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time
Tbot Techno Systems is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients’ desktops, laptops, and other end-user computing devices. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user computing devices
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on end-user devices
- Configure and install printers/scanners/network devices on end-user devices
- Set up and configure new user accounts in Active Directory
- Provide remote support using remote access tools
- Perform software application upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- At least 2 years of experience in Desktop Support or related field
