TBot Systems Hiring for Purchasing Assistant at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Tbot Techno Systems, an industry-leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join their dynamic team. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the purchasing department in the procurement of necessary supplies, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of relevant IT products. Responsibilities

• Assist purchasing team in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, generating reports, and maintaining documentation
• Work closely with vendors to obtain price quotes, compare products and prices, and negotiate rates
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, orders, and delivery schedules with departments and vendors
• Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in the creation of inventory reports
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work within a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing software such as SAP or Oracle
• Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
