The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s warehouse and inventory, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to clients across various sectors. Tbot Systems partners with global OEMs such as Veritas, HPE, Microsoft, Apple, and Nutanix, among others, to offer comprehensive IT solutions and services to enterprise customers. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and organization, storing and handling materials safely, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space. Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy and organizational standards are met
- Inspect and receive deliveries and ensure items are stored safely and properly
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including arranging inventory, performing regular cleaning, and disposing of debris
- Prepare and package items for shipping or delivery to clients
- Monitor and report inventory levels, stock status, and supply usage
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and updates
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a warehouse specialist, warehouse worker, or similar role
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
