Job Overview

In order to drive efficient back-office operations, TE Connectivity will establish global shared service center located in Bangalore to support centralized processing of select finance functions including Source to Pay (S2P) processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage S2P teams of few countries. Ensure quality and efficiency of work produced. Hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team, recognize key employees.

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for S2P related topics

• Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets

• Coordinate S2P month end close activities and AP reporting

• Appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery

• Perform regular performance evaluations of staff members along with team lead support

• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.

• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders

• Coordinate team meetings and ensure constant communication within the team

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Band 5-3 Sr. Accountant with relevant experience.

• Very good Understanding of S2P processes and associated technology platforms

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong accounting background

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Good Presentation skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills
