Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s IT Business Analysis Teams analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. They also configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing, create specifications for systems to meet business requirements and design details of automated systems. At times, TE’s IT Business Analysis Teams may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Part of the Transportation Solutions (TS) segment, the Industrial and Commercial Transportation (ICT) business unit focuses on providing reliable connectivity products designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions for on- and off-highway vehicles and recreational transportation. With TE’s 30+ years of experience in the ICT connectivity segment, we offer a broad portfolio of over 14K products which make us the world leaders in tough and rugged solutions (FY24 data).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in using Process Mining tools and techniques to drive simplification and decision-making through data.

• Identify the best method for data collection, ensure the data quality, and work together with the stakeholders responsible for the data input to ensure we can correctly measure and track all necessary information.

• Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures.

• Address and solve complex business issues using large amounts of data combined with process mining tools and techniques.

• Have a clear understanding of the end-to-end analytics journey as well as define and deliver capability uplift aligned to tribe goals.

• Generate, monitor, present, and analyze relevant customer insights, costs, benefits, and risks for customers, clients, and cohort products; this could include business casing, what if? scenarios simulations, opportunity sizing & and assessments.

• Source data from a variety of sources to combine, synthesize, and analyze to generate insights and create compelling narratives.

• Identify and measure opportunities for improvement in processes using insights.

• Rapidly iterate data pipelines and ingestion patterns with considerations for security and data governance

• Conduct value-creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies.

• Generate ideas and suggestions for process and technical improvements for platforms and processes supported by the team.

• Ensure platforms and tools meet or exceed data security standards, including internal and external audits performed.

• Be a part of Process automation projects.

Competencies And Experience Required/Desired

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.

• Organized and result-oriented.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

• B. Tech / M. Tech / Bachelor/master’s in computer application.

• 2-7 years of working experience with Process Mining Technology and in delivering Process Mining Projects (preferably leveraging Signavio)

• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner.

• Technical knowledge of SAP will be of advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python)
