We redefined that by launching Teabox as India’s first farm to cup tea brand that goes from source to customer in a week as opposed to months and today it is proudly consumed in 120+ countries. About the Role
At Teabox, we’re opening up a unique opportunity — a role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company! In this role, you will play an important part in building strategic partnerships, designing go-to-market strategies and establishing key business opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for extremely fast growth, huge learning, and a chance to lead by example in a thriving startup environment. This role does not come with a checklist or task list. As part of the Founders office, you will be expected to do whatever it takes to help the founders in some of the key business areas.
This is a role that will prepare you for handling significant P&L responsibilities or if you want to start your own start-up later
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the founders to identify key growth opportunities and new revenue channels
Bring together all existing offerings to build up/capitalise on the opportunity
Drive the execution together with the team to execute on the opportunity
Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with the founders on hiring/fund-raising and other high-level challenges
What You Need to Bring:
A keen interest in learning about business.
You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one.
You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.
You find yourself keeping yourself updated on new developments
You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.

This is the best role to get a bird’s eye view of the business, giving you an opportunity to quickly grow into multifaceted roles. Based on the interest and expertise that you develop with time, Founder’s Staff can expect to go on to either lead their own teams, launch us in new markets or create new categories.
