1. Assisting all Directors in Administration Work. Administration of Office in all respect.
2. Maintain and up keep of office and Attending calls.
3. Housekeeping and Maintenance
4. Telephone/Electric Bills Payment and maintaining cost/Arranging the bills at time.
5. Arranging Visiting Cards
6. Co-ordinating with office Assistants for couriers/post/hand delivery letters
7. Ensuring office supplies are ordered in a cost effective and timely manner.
8. Checking of bills of electricity, mobiles, telephones, Stationery and other services, taking the approval from concern Director for bills & forwarding them to Accounts Dept.
9. Co-ordinating & taking the quotation from vendors on the requirements of any office material and services.
10. Arrange for air traveling, hotels, etc. for Directors & employees as per order of Director and HOD.
11. Co-ordination with house-keeping team & ensure to maintain healthy work environment in the office.
12. Discarding unwanted papers & material samples with help of office assistance to maintain cleanliness in office
13. Payroll Related:
(i)Compiling & Maintaining Daily attendance of all employees-coordinating with HR Assistant/Head.
14. All other assignment as covered in appointment letter and as instructed by management from time to time.
15. Maintain AMC service contact of all services in office for TOA.
16. Payment of bills of printers, plotters and all stationery.
17. Arrangement of food and attending official guest along with HR Assistant/Head.
