Leave AdministrationFactories HR -, Monitoring labor supplies-availability, deployment & discipline.Workmen Leave management -all factory Operation staff and Workmen.Contract Labour ManagementAppointment of Labour Contractor who is legally compliant in all respects with high service level orientation.Temporary Workmen contracts initiation/renewal – for all existing and new recruits of Indira Aluminum.Medical/Life Insurance management – getting the best service with a high level of quality for all workmen so that any industrial accidents disputes are avoided.Managing the Security and Drivers related matters and ensure plant service levels are not compromised.Statutory ManagementAttending to ESIC/Labour Office/Pollution/Factory Inspector inspection/officials during their routine visits.Working closely with Local Labour office for all legal matters pertaining to staff and workers.Statutory compliance/returns etc. – Preparing quarterly summary on statutory compliances and address issues proactively.End to end Legal affairs.Creation of legal manual to comply with statutory requirements in full respects.Participation in Govt. bodies (build a network with govt/ regulatory bodies)Attending to any Court cases/Filings of Complaints pertaining to any local issues.Plant Welfare and Infrastructure Facilities ManagementOverseeing Day to Day House Keeping facilities/Canteen Management.Routine plant compound Visits to ensure all facilities are kept neat and tidy including Water Storage facilities/Electrical and spotting any unsafe surroundings and implementation of remedial measures.Managing Internal CommitteesCreate and administer Housekeeping Committee and ensure 5S and best practices are implemented for the betterment of House Keeping levels.Create Safety Committee and ensure Safety audits are regularly conducted and ensure the safe work environment is of high importance.Educational QualificationsBusiness Administration degree & Law degree6-8 Yrs. of experience in the Manufacturing industry3-4 Yrs. of managerial experience preferably from Ex-Service Men backgroundFunctional SkillsNetworking and influencingShould be a good team playerAbility to leverage nonreporting relationships & align stakeholders to drive the Admin agenda of Indra Aluminium.Should be assertive & collaborative with business partnersAdapting to Cultural Sensitivity while dealing with multi-government officials and local administration.Ability to lead from the frontJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
