Essential Experience
The Workforce Management Specialist will gather the data, implement, train the customers, and will provide after-sales support on the relevant systems. One will have to manage the Service calls and be a multi- tasker, and there will be a possible requirement for travel – local and international.
At least 3 years’ experience in System integration, Time management and attendance management, Kronos development
Kronos Workforce Central implementation experience is essential.
Custom report development and SQL knowledge.
Experience in software configuration and testing.
Relevant work experience in a Business / Systems Analyst or Functional
Design type role on the Technology Projects.
Ability to coordinate, organize and multi-task to achieve fast-paced projects.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Time management and project management skills.
Experience working in complex business environments and in high- pressure.
Skills
Advantageous Competencies:
Workforce Dimensions implementation and Dell Boomi development will be advantageous
Detailed knowledge of labor management, demand, and labor analytics will be advantageous.
Experience in interfacing with other systems is advantageous.
Other Skills:
Working experience with the Latest MS Server versions.
Understanding the Mobile technology.
Knowledge of Cloud computing.
Knowledge of various browsers.
Presentation skills are a mandatory requirement.
Soft skills are required for effective customer communications and account management.
