Job Description
Support the Key Account Managers by preparing and distributing quotes to existing or prospective customersProcess orders promptly by email or phone, using our CRM system (Dynamics 365)Use our CRM system to assign leads to the correct team and sales representativeAlways ensure data accuracy by cross-checking information on quotations, purchase orders, and invoicesContact customers to obtain missing information and/ or answer queriesGenerate monthly sales reportsProvision test licenses as per the TeamViewer sales policy
Qualifications
Experience working in a customer service or administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team or agent
Strong oral and written fluency in English (any other language relevant to the APAC market is a bonus)
Forward-thinking, sales driven, and detail oriented
Demonstrated experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
Advanced knowledge of Windows® and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
