Advises present or prospective customers by doing Inbound & Outbound calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs
Required Candidate profile:
1.Education –Graduate Fresher(Any stream) or Experienced. (Please note- Graduation is mandatory)
2. Fixed Day shifts for females, window 7am-9pm(any 9hrs) (1 rotational off) Work from Office
3. 24*7 Shifts for Males, 6 days working (1 rotational off) Work from Office
4. Excellent Verbal English Communication Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
