Role: Team lead – Operations (Fulltime)
location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Shift: 12pm till 9:30pm (2 way transport)
Experience: 4y till 12y (2y exp as a TL on papers is mandatory)
Work Mode: WFO (Monday to Friday, fixed week offs on Sat and Sun)

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead – Operations located in Hyderabad. As a Team Lead – Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of professionals, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. You will utilize analytical skills to identify and implement operational improvements, while providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and People Management. Need atleast 2y of experience as a TL on papers and should be able to manage SLA, KPIs, shrinkage, attrition etc.
• Should be able to build reports and dashboards on excel. experience with power bi will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage stakeholders from US and UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
