About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive HR Associate who is passionate about the full spectrum of HR functions — from pre-hire to onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership, and communicates effectively with both team members and clients across geographies.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: pre-hire coordination, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and assessments to identify the right fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with employees and clients (domestic and overseas).
• Support management in recruitment operations, HR documentation, and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive remote work culture.
• Use Zoho HR tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, etc.) for daily HR operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR within a software product or consulting company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and HR coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho HR systems.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
