Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical Only

Experience

4 yr to 8 yrs –

Experience in operation and maintenance of utilities, maintenance of plant process equipment, erection & commissioning plant utilities. Preferably in food, pharma, FMCG, consumer durable, power plant or similar.

Job Summary

The position is responsible for

The position will report to the Management & Liaise with Client’s Maintenance Manager & Engineer at site on scheduled basis to capture voice of customer. Individual will ensure to his best to meet the client’s expectations through various site lead.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Candidate should have thorough knowledge & worked on most of these following equipment’s:

· O & M of Utility

. Air Compressor

· Nitrogen generators, CO2 plant, Ammonia Plant

· HVAC – Chiller, Air Conditioning, AHU’s, Cooling Towers, Humidifiers, Cold store, etc

· Vacuum pump

· Water treatment plant (WTP/ RO)

· Effluent/ Sewage treatment plant (ETP/ STP)

· DG Set

Basic Knowledge of Regulations, Compliances

Thorough on Safety Practices, 5S, Kaizen systems

Able to document the procedures, prepare training modules for the site team as required

Communication

Should be able to speak in English/Marathi/ Hindi and read English & Marathi/ Hindi

Dynamic person with good communication and analytical skills

Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy/efficiency

Strong communication skills, able to articulate clearly, Be a team player, and dependable

Good at People Management

Passion for work with aggressive nature to succeed

MUST BE A “GO GETTER”!

Ability to schedule and plan or react quickly to a changing working site environment

A solid working knowledge of MS Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Email

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
